Informal Training Requirements
Every student at Spirit Life is required to complete a certain number of non-formal training hours. The preferable manner is to be involved in an outreach ministry, such as leading a small group, mission trips, assisting with the youth or teaching a children’s ministry class. Upon completion, the student must write a short summary on their activity or ministry participation.
- Interactive Ministry: Leadership in a small group, youth group or teaching. Specialized agreement with Pastoral staff. Approved by Director or Senior Pastor.
- Missions Trips: Participate in a mission trip. This would require sharing the students’ testimony.
- Jewish Festivals: Participation in the Passover meal (or other Jewish festival) from a Christian viewpoint.
